Antoinette spent 14 successful years in the corporate environment at all levels of sales & marketing management, after she completed her degree in BSc Dietetics in 1994.

She developed a successful business unit within one of South Africa ’s leading pharmaceutical companies. She took a brand which held a 2% market share over a period of 8 years post-launch, prior to her taking it over, re-launched it and made it a market leader within 3 years. She built a successful sales and marketing team of 20+ people and was responsible for a R100 Mil+ per annum portfolio when she left the industry, in 2007. She still consults for the company and in the industry.

Antoinette is also a skilled trainer & facilitator for various courses such as Emotional Intelligence, Cultural Intelligence, Conflict Management, Confidence & Assertiveness, Mentoring & Coaching, Selling skills & Marketing skills.

She established Human Mirror Coaching & Consultancy in 2008, a coaching, training & consultancy company to live out her vision and passion of developing & empowering individuals and teams to live the life they want to live.

She studied her coaching diploma through CCI® (Creative consciousness International) Academy. CCI is South Africa ’s only coaching academy that has received the International ACTP accreditation for their “Diploma Professional Coaching Curriculum”. She is a member of both ICF (International Coaching Foundation) & COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors SA)

Antoinette has two amazing girls who inspire her everyday. Her passions are singing, music & theatre. She has been privileged to experience God’s wonders and mercy in her life.
